Maybe you’ve seen us around?
Co-founders Curtis and Thad have a long history in food and hospitality service. Curtis has worked in his dad’s restaurant — the Pizza Haus in Williamsburg, IA — for 25 years, and was a baker at the New Pioneer Food Co-Op. Thad has worked at Greyhound Deli & Cafe, Cappy’s Pizzeria, and Local Crumb; and he was a founding co-owner at Goldfinch Cyclery before returning to the restaurant industry.
